Return/ Exchange Policy:
We do not accept returns, and all items sold are
non-refundable. Please be assured that we will try to describe the items
to the best of our abilities, as well as taking care in packing and shipping the
items.
We do not accept exchanges unless we have shipped the wrong order by mistake
according to our invoice.
All exchanges must receive a return authorization (RA) number prior to
returning the item. Returns made without an RA number may be significantly
delayed or not processed.
Backorder Policy:
At this time we do not
process backorders. If you have ordered an item which is out of stock at the
time that you placed the order, we will process your order minus the out of
stock item. We will then issue you a credit for the amount of the out of stock
item. If you used PayPal for payment, credit will be promptly processed to your
PayPal account.
